"Born in raised in the foothills of the Smokies in NC. After a long stint in the Army I moved to Fayetteville TN with my wife (her hometown). We have twin sons that LOVE to fish like their parents.
I fish the Elk as often as I can with an occasional jaunt to the Smokies for native fish.
I recently got to fish the South Platte in Colorado and let me tell you; it's not called Gold Medal water for nothing.
I'm looking for some more folks that love the sprot of flyfishing so I don't have to fish alone so much ;-)

"Hey Steve...<br>That Waters Creek Brookie was brought up by the GA DNR shocking team. I was GA TU's Rep. for the Waters Creek Trophy Stream Project back in the early 70's. I did catch and release a couple of 3 pound brookies on size 20 white caddis pupae. I do not know what the guy used when he caught the State record later but the fish was 18 3/4 inches long and weighed around 5 pounds.<br><br>Regards,<br><br>John Bolton, Feather & Fly...
